Wild Game Dinner with Holy City Brewery Pairings, 8/23/2014

The Barbeque Joint presents a private dining experience featuring 3 courses of Wild Game Dishes with distinctive preparations and sides plus dessert all prepared by Chef Jimmy Owens on Saturday, August 23rd from 7pm to 10pm.

The dishes will be paired with Holy City Beers who have worked with Jimmy in selecting the right matches. The Dinner will feature a unique variety of Wild Game Meat including Duck, Rabbit & Bison. These dishes are being prepared exclusively for this dining event. Tickets are $30 and can be reserved in advance by calling 843-747-4567 or emailing AboutBarbeque@gmail.com or in person at The Barbeque Joint restaurant.
