The Atlantic Cup - Class 40 Grand Prix Kick Off - Annual May Event

The Atlantic Cup presented by 11th Hour Racing is the only dedicated Class40 sailing race in the United States. From Charleston, competitors will race double-handed to New York City. There will be approximately a 4-5 day stop-over in New York before the race restarts May 19th and competitors sprint to Newport, Rhode Island. Once in Newport, skippers will race an inshore grand prix with a crew of six.

Boats will be available for viewing at the City Marina. The Tall Ship Roseway will mark one end of the start line and her cannon will fire to officially start the race.
