Drayton Hall is More Than Just an Old House

I wasn't sure I was going to get much from a tour at Drayton Hall when I found out the only thing to see was an empty house, but boy was I in for a treat!

The staff that gave the tour was so passionate about the grounds, the house and the history behind it that I felt like I was back living in that era and closely knew the families that lived there.

I was so impressed with the original work that was still in tact and even more thrilled to be able to get up close and personal to some of the marvelous craftsmanship.

I'd recommend this tour to anyone. Not really great for young kids without a good attention span though.
